Close to everything just needs a clean

Overall, it was good. It may just be my standards, but the cleanliness was below average. Your main door to your unit looked like someone had thrown bin juice over it. Lights were out and a few cockroaches running around. Not major things to fix up, but made it aware to the onsite mangers in my comments on the last night. I would stay again....as long as they rectified those little issues.

Great apartment, close to the Broadwater

Beautiful apartment, nice quiet spot, was lovely and clean. Was a lovely surprise to find our apartment had the parents bedroom and ensuite upstairs with our own balcony. Kitchen was well equipped. Would happily stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Not as advertised!!!

We were not provided the room we booked - our room was grotty, poorly equipped. We had 1 pot - had to "borrow" kitchen equipment from another room. The fans were old and constantly creaky and noisy. There was no broom or vacuum to clean the room. Lights not working. Overall, poor quality, not cleaned properly, urgent updating required.

Overall the room was nice. A little outdated but was fine. Staff were very helpful. The cooking facilities were good but a little basic. Would stay here again

Many positives

On check in the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The facilities offered was exactly why we chose Santa Fe apartments. It has everything you'd need for a fully self-contained holiday. The location was perfect; close to beach, parks, restaurants & other covenient services such as service station/ quickmart & butcher. A major let down was the lack of cleanliness which unfortunately did impact our stay. However, I would still recommend Santa Fe to others.

Handy accommodation close to everything

The unit was easy to find with friendly staff and functional apartments which included everything you need to stay the weekend. It is quite noisy with the traffic and pedestrian crossing beeping all night but the beds were comfy and the showers hot with good pressure.

Good but needs Updating and a good clean

Good location and bed were very comfortable, but needs updating, our oven was very dirty and there was a pair of underwear under my children's bed that has been missed after last people stay. only two roles of toilet paper and no spare made it difficult for three kids and two adults for a 4 day stay. Spa smelt really bad but it is winter so it may not have been used as much. The gate outside our room was broken, light didn't work in the kids room and the lamp bulb blew after first night. Just needs a good update. location was great and Megan the staff member we met was very polite and friendly.

Nice hotel close to the beach but not a nice beach

No elevator... No internet and on the advertising said free wifi ... Did not have enough shower tell, not enough toalhet paper, etc...

Spacious apartment close to river

Easy checkin. Self contained older style apartment walking distance to park and river. Located outside of busy surfers paradise. Noisy road. Overall pleasant and well priced.

You get what you pay for

We stayed during the September school holidays and had a 2 bedroom apartment which was adequate for what we needed. The apartment was a bit run down and could do with a good maintenance check - ovens not working, broken taps, lights not working etc. It had only had a cursory clean upon our arrival (dust everywhere, crumbs still on dining table). They don't provide toilet paper, washing powder or dishwashing liquid beyond first day so be prepared to buy all of these if you are staying more than a couple of days. Also be very careful with the glassware/plates etc. as they have a long menu of what they will charge you if anything is broken - between $5-10 per item! From what we could gather there are some apartments that are owned privately - unfortunately we had someone underneath us that found it quite normal to party out on their verandah until all hours on the majority of the nights we stayed and I guess if they live there they probably feel they have the right to do this. If you are looking for somewhere just to sleep whilst doing all the theme parks, tourist atractions etc. it is quite suitable. The beach is only a short walk down the end of the road and it is situated close to everything you need.

Neat and tide but not clean Cockroache paradise

Sorry Must give honest feedback. Staff Member very nice. Location of the place is good. Rooms. Neat and tidy, but not clean, stains on tiles, sofas. biggest problem cockroach crawling on the kitchen bench, on the ground, sofa also the oven, dead cockroach in the cupboard, leaking washing machine. I guess it was my fault for choosing this place. You get what you pay for. Hopefull same mistake won't be made again
