Management was very accommodating and helpful. The pool and spa was lovely after sports. Location is great between beach and shopping and restaurants. Currently roadworks during the night are very noisy and disturbing.

We had a relaxed and confortable stay at Portobello. The Property Managers were excellent and eager to help with any request. The unit itself was clean and easy to access. It is extremely close to Transport options and Pacific Fair shopping centre.

We spent two weeks in a lovely two bedroom apartment. Managers Marty and Dorelle, were outstanding hosts, extremely helpful and accommodating. The apartment was clean with everything we required. Pool was warm and well maintained. Close to the beach, Pacific Fair and dozens of restaurants. We will be returning next time we are on the Gold Coast. Highly recommend accomodation!

The apartment was great clean and renovated. The pool was clean and the spa warm 😎. There are two construction site close to the property so don't expect a sleep in.

I pulled out the sofa bed in the living room because that was the only room with AC and there were stains All over the bed. I was so grossed out I just slept in the bedroom and dealt with the heat. I dropped something on the floor in the bedroom and it rolled under the bed, I looked under the bed for it and there was another guests dirty clothes under there. Definitely not a clean room. The area of the hotel was great but I don’t think I’d stay here again. I didn’t feel like the room was clean.

Portobello was so conveniently close to Pacific Fair, with supermarkets, restaurants and even a gym for me to use while visiting. It was also really a nice 15 min walk to the convention centre, where I can stop by a number of cafes to get my caffeine fix beforehand! The room itself is a little worn down, and could do with a revamp but otherwise it was comfortable.

Amazing! Staff were helpful and friendly, room was well decorated and clean, swimming pool and jacuzzi was also clean and great to relax in. Whole place was quiet and we really enjoyed our stay! 😁

Thank you for our stay. The location is good, close to the beach and Pacific Fair, easy to get to and easy to park in. The property was very clean but there was a few minor maintenance issues with the property, the door to the upstairs shower would not close and the toilet upstairs needed jiggling to get the cistern to refill. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay, the communication and greeting from the staff was excellent and the pool nice.
