First Floor
• Kitchen: Fully-stocked with essentials
• Dining: Kitchen bar and dining table
• Living room: Smart TV equipped with Netflix subscription
• Sun room: Sofa, coffee table and reading chair
• Bathroom: Full bathroom with bath tub and stand-up shower
• Note: Fireplace not in use

Second Floor
• Primary suite: King bed with ocean views, balcony, en-suite full bath
• Secondary bedroom: Queen bed, private deck, personal workspace
• Laundry: Convenient access to washing machine and dryer
• Note: all bedrooms have window blinds and air-conditioning units (seasonally)

Third Floor
• Bunk room: 3 twin beds, beautiful ocean views

Outdoor Space
• Patio: Dining table with seating for 6
• Grill: Fully equipped propane grill
• Garden: Flower beds with bench seating

Parking
• Driveway: Up to 2 vehicles
• Shoulder of house: 1 vehicle
• EV charger (level 2 charging): Compatible with Teslas and non-Tesla EVs
• Note: We live on a narrow street with a tight driveway. As such, large SUVs will find it more challenging to maneuver and park.

Accessibility
There are steps throughout the property as well as a tight staircase to the second floor that may make it more difficult for people with mobility issues to navigate throughout the house.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of three closets that contain supplies and mechanical equipment for the property.

The Neighborhood:
Niles Beach, just a three-minute walk from our home, is a peaceful, family-friendly retreat away from the typical tourist crowds. Nearby, Eastern Point Lighthouse and Good Harbor Beach are easily accessible by a short drive or a scenic walk.

Only a mile away, the Rocky Neck Art Colony offers a vibrant mix of galleries, local artists, and charming waterfront cafés. For those craving outdoor adventure, Ravenswood Park features serene hiking trails through woodlands and marshes, making it a perfect nature escape.

For dining, head to The Causeway for a laid-back spot with hearty seafood dishes, or enjoy an upscale, authentic Italian meal at Tonno in Downtown Gloucester.

Other Things to Note:
Our home includes a narrow staircase—consider this if mobility is a concern for a comfortable stay.

*Please give us a heads up if you would like to utilize the EV charger. Usage rates will vary based on the length of stay.

Once a booking is confirmed, the following cancellation policy is immediately in effect. Due to automatic platform processing fees, full refunds cannot be issued for same-day cancellations. Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date are non-refundable. No-shows are not eligible for any refund.
