The room was clean and comfortable. The staff at Reception were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a good range of cereals, cooked food, toast and delicious croissants. The hotel is very conveniently placed.

We had a great stay with the family. The rooms were really clean. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The Pool and Spa facilities were great as well and with a 5 year old who loves swimming this was well used by us. Only one slight feedback was the pillows were a bit too soft but everything else was great. In one of the rooms the air con wasn't working but we were given an oil heater, fans and even the option to change rooms but the heater and fans were more than enough.

The staff were very friendly and always glad to help. The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. The shower and bath combo were great with lots of lovely hot water. The laundry suite was downstairs in the basement completely free of charge, just stop by the front desk for laundry soap. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you
