"This house has the feel of a vintage Outer Banks beach house, which we loved, with the modern convenience (newly renovated shower and bathroom, WiFi). The location is very convenient to the Avalon Pier beach access. Easy walking distance to Awful Arthur’s restaurant and beach shop. We stayed here with family for Thanksgiving break and had a wonderful time."

"We absolutely loved our stay at The Roaring 20’s!! This historic house was right up close to the beach and Avalon pier. We were down there the week of 4th of July, so it was easy just to go out the back door and watch the fireworks they set off at the pier. It was pretty clean. There was enough space for all 7 of us plus the dogs. The bathroom that was at the bottom of the stairs is a little tight, especially the shower, but we made due. Everything was in working order. It is just sad that the dune has gotten so close to the house and taken over the entire underneath. I bet it was awesome in its glory days! Thank you for letting us stay! We would DEFINITELY book again!"
