Es ist nicht selbstverständlich, dass nahezu alles in Küche und Bädern vorhanden und in sehr gutem Zustand ist. Also etwa scharfe Messer und gescheite Töpfe in der Küche, alle wichtigen Küchengeräte, Spülmaschinen-Tabs, Geschirrtücher, Zewa, Toiletten-Papier etc. Ebenso wenig waren die Matratzen durchgelegen....
