"No breakfast"

"The hotel is in poor shape. There was no hot water,The tub/shower had cracks in it, There were a few holes in the walls, the space to hang a roll of toilet paper was a square cut into the vanity, but no way to hang it so it was just sitting on top of the vanity, etc. We were surprised that this hotel was even offered as a choice by your company. The parking was fine, but not much else."

"The beds were 'done'. When I sat down my butt was basically on the box spring. The bathroom was grungy - just old and tired, black mouldy grout. The breakfast did not have any juice, bananas or yoghurt - things I missed. We didn't get the room we booked - I booked a room with a couch, instead we got two queens. We were on the road all day and when I sit in the car all day, I don't want to sit on a bed all evening - very uncomfortable. There was one computer chair buy that was taken by my husband (the driver who deserved it). The front desk person was very friendly and helpful (Tuesday, March 31 at 5:30 pm). "

"Not organized and lost our reservation even though we had prepaid and had several confirmations from Expedia and the hotel itself. We were told we were on a waitlist and after a 14 hour drive, had to sit outside the lobby for over an hour and a half before they resolved the issue. Rooms were not cleaned properly, and no one was available after 9pm when the office closed. This caused extra stress and anxiety about getting back before 9pm because the first night our friends returned around 10:30pm and their key no longer worked. They tried calling the emergency phone number but there was no answer. They ended up sleeping in their car."

"Breakfast was ok. Could be freshly made. Need fruits. Room cleanliness was ok could be cleaner. Overall painting is needed. Staff not so friendly. Towels enough for guests are needed. We were given 2 towels, washcloths and a bath mat for 4 people. When asked for more we were told they didn't keep extra on hand."
