We also found the tea tour extremely meaningful, as it gave us the opportunity to learn about the history of Ceylon tea. We are deeply grateful for the valuable experiences you provided us with. Lastly, they kindly arranged a seaplane transfer between the sister hotels at our request, and everything went very smoothly, making the journey extremely comfortable and convenient. This mode of transport can be highly recommended for guests who are short on time. Our stay was truly beyond words and became one of the best experiences of our lives. "

"2泊3日しましたが、総合的にとても大満足でした！泊まってよかったです！ まず、飛行機の遅延の影響でチェックインが深夜3時になってしまいましたが、メッセージを送ったらその時間でも大丈夫、とのことで、無事に対応いただけました。 朝も6:00の電車があり、5:00にチェックアウトと朝食を持たせてくれました。本当に優しいスタッフでした。 また、朝食夕食もお願いしましたが、とても眺めのいいレストランで、料理も美味しく、本当に良かったです。 ありがとうございました！"
