"Really friendly welcome, bedroom was clean, comfortable and easy to control to our preferred temperature. The bathroom window needed attention to close properly, but there was a heater to keep the room warm. We appreciated the table and chairs, and the communal sitting room with real fire. Great to have parking garage underneath. The concierge was very pleasant and we appreciated his care and attention (and his excellent red wine!) We are happy to recommend this hotel."

"We could fit in one room and had great time."

"This property was located central in Katoomba with easy access to buses and the train. It also had numerous places to eat within walking distance, plus one right next door. There were 3 supermarkets nearby, including one across the road. The staff were friendly and helpful and even offered to change rooms, if we could not manage the stairs. The room was a great size with modern bathroom, a microwave and fridge, some crockery and cutlery, enough to make breakfast. The air conditioning was excellent to keep us warm as the temperature went down to -1 degrees overnight. They also stored our luggage after we checked out. We will certainly be back here next time we are in Katoomba."

"Disappointed having to drag luggage up the external stairs - nice to have access to elevator inside whicwas out of order by checkout next morning. Staff on hand to help carry luggage out though. Room super cosy and heating in separate bathroom area was a surprise, loved the decor. Handy to everything in town. Thank you"

"The area was so quiet and right across the road from the three sisters. You couldn't get any closer.. The property was clean and tidy and just what we needed. Beds were comfy, the unit was cozy, nice hot shower. We could have done our own cooking if we wanted and we could park the car on the property. The staff were well organised for travellers like us who arrive and leave outside office hours."
