"Perfect location for us when travelling south basic B&B very clean well run as you would expect being part of a large group. "

"Sheets were not clean, non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke, tiny bathroom was dirty, decor stained and grubby. Aircon unit only blowed hot so room roasting all night. Towels tiny and threadbare. Car park too small for our vehicle, rnded up asking in a nearby garden centre to use thrir car park. Only good thing was very friendly staff but will never stay here again."
