"I will never stay here again. Loud music for the restaurant below heard in the room all evening and people leaving the hotel at 3am saying bye Ciara as if it was 3pm and nobody was asleep. Lamp in room smash up and left in the corner still wired to the wall. I could go on but enough said. We booked to ensure my daughter had a fresh start at a competition the next day, we were both wrecked as never slept. When I told the gentleman on reception he said he would have banged on the door had I complained. I said you would have been banging in the door of the hotel itself as it was not any of the guests. "
