「The property was absolutely beautiful. Thanh & his family were very friendly and helpful..We were treated very well. We were taken around the local area & we were told about, & introduced to, the local way of life. We shared tea & met some amazing people. On this tour with Thanh we learnt so much about the life of farmers on the rice paddy's, & yes we did ask lots of questions & Thanh was a wealth of information. 「Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. We were able to hire a scooter from the homestay for a very fair price which helped us greatly. The room was very clean, the bathroom was perfect with high pressure hot water in the shower. 「チェックイン、アウト、ツアーデスクなど親切に対応してくれました。 レンタル自転車を借りたとき、蓮の見どころを聞いたら、親切に教えてくれました。 一番奥のエリアに泊まりました。Spaやプール、レストランは近いですが、朝食のレストランやフロントは遠いです。 チェックアウトの12：000には、電気自動車を待つ人がたくさんいたので、余裕を持って呼んだ方がいいです。 部屋は広くて、天井も高く、木のぬくもりがあるお部屋でした。エアコンの効きもいいです。 シャワールームと浴槽が分かれているのが良かったです。アメニティーは歯ブラシ、シャワーキャップ、綿棒、備え付けのボディーソープとシャンプー、コンディショナーがありました。 周囲はお店などは有りませんでした。観光では、バンロンがあり、竹の船で水上を散策出来ました。」

「Good location, but quiet. Friendly staff, laundry service available. Large room, Comfortable bed. Working Aircon, hot water but this runs out fast. Room had a strong air freshener smell when we arrived which we had to air out. Otherwise excellent value for money. 」
