「The location (Bucharest Old City Center) is excellent, walking distance from many must-see places in Bucharest, and easy access to good restaurants.
Reception staff was very nice, was able to arrange for a taxi from the airport to hotel when we arrived, and back on our return. Very helpful.
Breakfast was included, very good and generous selection of Romanian traditional food.
Lastly, room cleaning has some room for improvement, clearly understaffed (came very late in the afternoon, one person...

「I had a wonderful stay here. I arrived by train and the hotel is close to Gara de Nord. It is also 20 mins walk from the Old Town with a bank and supermarket nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. I could rest well here. Can highly recommend! :)」
「Fantastic holiday. Plenty of character. Had parking. Was 20 minutes walk to Old town. And 10 mins to tram. Had bus stop. Room #1 no hot tub but wa a great size. Others looked smaller. I would 100% book same hotel when I visite again.」
"Friendly staff, not all of them, but they made my stay nice. The lighting in the rooms is dim, but there is water and coffee service, which was very good. There is no pot so you cannot boil water. There is also a fridge, but drinks are already available.
The hotel has been renovated, but there are some old parts. You have to be a little careful in the lift.
I enjoyed the variety of breakfast. What impressed me was the crisp and efficient staff. They did an excellent job. I was satisfied and had two glasses of champagne in the morning."
"The cleaning is thorough and very clean. There is underfloor heating, allowing you to spend the winter in a T-shirt.
The breakfast venue offers a lot of fresh vegetables, and there are terrace seats where you can enjoy the view.
You can also take breakfast back to your room.
They are very generous, providing multiple card keys for one room and offering free copying services. Thank you very much."
