「新しいホテルなので、清潔で過ごしやすがった。スパやカフェなど、英語が通じ難い場合もあるが、スタッフの一生懸命さが伝わります。 フロントは英語が通じるので、スパの予約、タクシー手配など任せられます。 朝食も美味しかったです。 ベトナム料理だけでなく、洋食やフルーツもあり満足しました。」

「I stayed here for 2 nights. First of all, don’t expect too much considering the price. The room was just okay, although I hope the shower room can be improved. All facilities are worn out and tired but still at an acceptable level. There was no room cleaning during my stay, and I’m not sure why. 「It was my first visit in Quy Nhon. Hotel is enough spacious and clean. The best point of this hotel is Mr Victor who is a receptionist of this hotel. He kindly supported me to stay comfort in Quy Nhon city. I’ll stay this hotel again when I come back.」

「Awesome place and highly recommended. Beautiful rooms at prime location. HOWEVER, communication at front desk was not only challenging because of the language barrier, but I reserved 7 rooms for my biker group and they charged my card and we also paid cash for the rooms upon leaving. They said my card would not be charged, however that was false. Had to go thru Expedia for refunds. Double check your charges before you leave l, I assumed pending would fall off, but it didn’t. 」
