"We absolutely loved our stay at Radfords on the Lake in Te Anau. From the moment we arrived, it was the finer details that really stood out and made the experience special. The rooms were immaculate, beautifully presented and incredibly comfortable, with stunning lake views to wake up to each morning. The little touches throughout the apartment showed how much care and thought has gone into making guests feel welcome and relaxed. Perfectly located, peaceful and luxurious without feeling pretentious. We only wish we could have stayed longer."

"The place was nice and very well located, perfect for walking by the water or going into the city centre. Parking was easy, and my room was clean and comfortable. However, the staff were not very present or informative. Nobody explained at check-in that I needed to get a basket with cutlery and kitchen items if I wanted to use the kitchen, and by the time I realised, it was too late. There was definitely a lack of information. Also, the place is very large and busy, with a lot of people around all the time. Personally, I prefer smaller and more intimate places."

"Booked a standard double room for 2 nights, was upgraded by the lovely staff to deluxe twin which had recently been renovated to a high standard. Buffet breakfast inclusive in price was delicious! Easy drive to Milford Sound. Would recommend and would stay again! "
