Der Aufenthalt auf Schloss Herrenstein ist uns definitiv positiv in Erinnerung geblieben. Das Personal, ob an der Rezeption oder im Restaurant, war unglaublich nett. Hinsichtlich unseres Zimmers kam man uns auch sehr entgegen. Nachdem wir die schön eingerichteten Räume beziehen durften, besuchten wir direkt den Wellnessbereich, den ich am liebsten nicht mehr verlassen hätte. Der Pool war angenehm temperiert, aber besonders haben uns Dampfbad und Sauna gefallen. So stilvoll! Völlig entspannt durften wir danach einige leckere Speisen genießen. Mein Mann, der sich beim Essengehen oft eher kritisch äußert, sagte, dass es die besten Medaillons gewesen seien, die er je hatte. Ich konnte mich nur anschließen. Leider hatten wir nur einen sehr kurzen Aufenthalt, wodurch wir die schier unendlichen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (besonders mit Kindern) gar nicht wahrnehmen konnten. Wir werden jedoch definitiv wiederkommen! Schon allein wegen des fantastischen Frühstücks, das wirklich sehr reichhaltig war und keinerlei Wünsche offen ließ. Ps: Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist der fehlende Wasserdruck in der Dusche (auf den Zimmern - zumindest in unserem). Mit langen, dicken Haaren ist man da verloren und sollte für dieses Prozedere besser 30 Minuten einplanen. Aber das ist wirklich Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Im Wellnessbereich gibt es schließlich auch noch leistungsstarke Duschen.

Die Minisuite war sehr schön, grosszügiger Schlafraum und grosses Badezimmer. Leider fehlt ein Lift in den zweiten Stock. Das Zimmer im Nebengebäude hatte ein kleines Badezimmer, einen störenden Stützbalken im Zimmer. In diesem Fall stimmte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Das Frühstück war lecker. WELAN im Zimmer nicht vorhanden!!

Das Schloss u. Umgebung hat einen Sanierungsstau. Es ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer war sauber, allerdings der Kühlschrank war nicht gereinigt, da lagen Brotkrümmel herum u. er war sehr unsauber.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Personal sehr nett und höflich, das Essen abends vom Büffet ausreichend und sehr lecker ,morgens etwas spärlich aber für die Grösse des Hotels angemessen . Die Lage sehr ruhig super. Sauna Top Pool ein wenig zu Klein aber es ging. Alles in einem super.

Für Familien Ideal

Das Hotel ist sehr Familienfreundlich, und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht ihr bestes zu geben. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Schön war auch die kostenlose Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs. Die Sauna machte einen neuen Eindruck. Das Abendessen und Frühstück war sehr lecker und sehr zu empfehlen.

Nice place in a lovely part of the Uckermark

We had some reservations about staying here after reading other reviews, but we thought it was actually a solid place, nothing fancy, but we had a comfortable room, a bit dated but clean. We enjoyed a swim with our little one and the breakfast was really good. We found the staff super friendly and getting to pick applyand feed them to the ponies was a highlight for our daughter!

Wir sind zu zweit angereist. Der Empfang war sehr nett. Leider bei ersten Besichtigung des Zimmers mussten wir feststellen, daß die Toilette gelbe Streifen hatte. Eklige Flecken in der Dusche. Der Rest des Aufenthalts War aber sehr schön. Leider War die Sauna nicht fertig. Ich kann es wenn diese Dinge abgestellt werden weiter empfehlen. Großes Lob an die Küche und dem Bedienpersonal.

Insgesamt OK. Das Zimmer war recht klein und dunkel. Die Anlage ist nett und schön. Wenn man Ruhe will, dann ist man hier richtig. Der Zugang "per Transponder" zu den Zimmern ist jedoch altmodisch und sollte erneuert werden. Es gibt nämlich nur einen pro Zimmer - was für zwei Personen unpraktisch ist.
