"Unexpected stay due to a canceled flight. I also had my dog with me. Airport shuttle was a big plus! Room was spacious, bed comfortable, staff friendly. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Overall a pleasant stay. "

"Staff was friendly and I didn’t do breakfast. Parking would have been fine but outside work on the landscaping was a little inconvenient. But it will be done soon and it will not be an issue. It certainly doesnt negatively impact my decision to stay again."

"The cleaning staff tried to come into our room 3 or 4 times while we were sleeping. It was prior to Check out. It startled us and woke us up each time and then it was very hard to go back to sleep. When I told the desk employee at check out about it, she don’t even apologize. We lost valuable sleep because of this and it made the days festivities less enjoyable. We used to stay here always but will now reconsider. Also there was not a do not disturb sign to hang on the door or we would have done that. "

"The room was clean, but many areas of the hotel were in need of attention. Our bathroom wasn’t stocked with basics. The seating area down near the pool had some type of food/drink spillage that remained there for the entirety of our stay. The pool itself was clean and stocked with towels both days we were there. Front desk staff upon check-in was very friendly and welcoming. The rest of the time not so much. We requested rooms near each other, and we were given rooms at complete opposite areas of the building. My 11 year old and his dad stayed in a room by the front, while I was in the opposite wing. I would likely stay here again because the price was right and I don’t expect much aside from cleanliness and safety. "
