"Very happy with cleanliness of the room. Comfort of bed & pillows was very good. Room was spacious but bathroom a bit tight.. Had a microwave, mini fridge, single cup coffee maker. A good stay."

"I booked this location because it was close to an event I was attending. On the day of my arrival, I tried calling the hotel several times before getting there, but no one answered. Eventually someone picked up the phone, but the call was immediately disconnected. When I arrived at the hotel, I had to wait about 15 minutes at the front desk before an employee returned to assist with check-in. The front desk agent came from the back office and simply asked for my ID, handed me the room keys, and that was it. There was no greeting, no welcome, and no typical check-in interaction such as asking how my day was or if it was my first time staying at the hotel. It was also not late at night, so I was surprised by the lack of staff presence and customer service. Based on my past experiences with Hilton properties, this interaction did not reflect the usual Hilton hospitality standard. I hope management reviews their front desk service so future guests receive a more welcoming experience."

"Great stay… this condo is clean and spacious. Close to the city and Wellesley, where we were attending a weekend sporting event. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is because the upstairs neighbors are very loud. "

"The home is exactly as shown in the photos. Jenny is quick with communication and her instructions are well detailed and easy to follow. We did not have any of the issues with the locks as others had noted. The parking is fantastic. While it says behind the house, don’t think of a creepy alleyway. It’s a fenced in drive with multiple spots shared by the building. The exterior is well lit, stairs have non slip surfaces, and easily found by our uber driver. The beds are tempur style and were very comfortable. Shower pressure was described as “perfection” from all in our group. This might have been the best coffee stash we’ve had in a rental yet. Thank you for saving us that trip to the store (there is one just around the corner for other items) We would 100% stay here again "

"The Vrbo house was well stocked with anything that we may need including if we were cooking. The linens smelled wonderful I’m not sure what’s being used to wash the laundry but keep using it. I enjoyed my stay and the will be looking for this rental for future stays. The host was very responsive and helpful! "

The space was spotless, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed to feel comfortable right away. The apartment itself was bright, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing.Diana was an excellent host from start to finish. Communication was clear, quick, and friendly, and she made check-in and check-out completely seamless. She was always available for questions and shared helpful tips that made our stay even smoother.The location was also a big plus, convenient, quiet, and easy to get around from, which made it a perfect base for our trip.
