「Good and convenient hotel. Hotel room was large and clean. 」

「徒歩で行くと駅からかなり離れています。ホテル前にバス停があって31.32.62.63のバスがそれぞれ1時間に1本ずつ出ていますが駅からホテル前に来るのが63のバスだけです。31.32.62のバスは旧市街まで行けます。逆に言えば徒歩で旧市街に行くには遠いです。 ファミリールームだったので部屋は広く快適でした。立派なコーヒーメーカーがあって、引き出しの中には様々な種類のティーとコーヒーがありました。無料のお水が日本と無料のスナックまであって驚きました。アメニティもダブで統一されていてこれも種類が多かったです。 チェックインの時50ユーロのデポジットを取ります。iCloudの無料Wi-Fiが使えますが操作を間違えて10ユーロ課金してしまったので、差額の40ユーロ返ってくるところ、チェックアウトの時フロントで言ったら、こんな少額でお客様と揉めたくないと言って全額デポジット返ってきました。素晴らしい対応でした。」

「Comfortable hotel but the fridge that was in my room was not working. All of the drinks in the fridge were very warm. This is the only a disappointed point.」

「Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Familienzimmer war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben das Zimmer nur für einen Tag gebucht. Ich kann dieses Hotel jeden Weiterempfehlen 👌👍 Nur einen kleinen Kühlschrank oder Minibar haben die Zimmer nicht was angebracht und wünschenswert wäre!!! 」

「This hotel's hospitality is amazing. The service persons kindly cared about whether I could stay comfortably. The interior was chic as well as gorgeous. I really felt as if had I stayed at a castle. On the first day of my stay, I got a homemade pound-cake and pears with a message card for welcoming guests. The breakfast buffet was very delicious and offered their specials (pate of wild boar). The bistro managed by the hotel offered great dinner. Nevertheless, all of these services were priced...
