Reality beats expectations

I had some expectations from Riviera hotel, but I was a little bit disappointed. Positive: Location and view are amazing, you can easily go to the beach and it's just at the little port (ferries going to Oedo) The toiletries were very nice! They seemed very natural. I loved the smell of the hand soap! Negative: The room size looks a bit bigger in the pictures, but this one had the bed glued to the window. There were no plugs near the bed. The big window that was supposed to show me an amazing view was very dirty. The staff amiability was not great, especially the restaurant ones. The reception was ok. The food was not fresh and not very good. Not a good variety either. Overall the hotel was smelly of old and humid, but the climate there is very humid and it was the rainy season.

Decent but a few improvements needed

My family booked a suite and a standard double room. The suite was fabulous, whereas we found strands of hair throughout the bathroom and the powder section. Also the room 702 has water pressure issues with the shower head when hot water is on. Also, I believe the hotel should do something to remove the moldy smell in the hallways of the building B.

사진 보다 좁았어요. 얼리 체크인 따위는 전혀없고(20분정도도 안됨) 줄서서 3시까지 모여서 기다렸다가, 한명씩 체크인...조식도 먹을게 없는데 비싼편. 위치는 바닷가 근처고 걸어가기 좋아서 괜찮습니다. 다음에 가면 다른곳 갈거 같아요.

에어컨 작동이 진짜 되는거 맞나요? 설정온도 20도까지만 내릴수있는데, 20도도 너무 더워서 리셉션에 말씀드리니 그쪽에서는 15도까지 내릴수있다고해서 내려주셨는데.. 더워죽어요.. 선풍기라도 가져다 주셔서 다행인데, 이정도면 에어컨 고장인거같아요.... 위치는 해수욕장 앞이라 너무좋은데, 숙소가 오래되서 그런지 컨디션지 너무 별로에요.

일단 위치적으로 너무 좋았구요, 내부시설도 좋았는데 카페가 없다는게 살짝 아쉬워요ㅠ 그리고 방향제? 냄새가 너무 별로라ㅠㅠ 멀미할뻔했어요.. 그것만 좀 바꿔주세요 복도랑 방안에서 나는 향이요ㅠㅠ그거뺴곤 모두 만족했고 조식도 넘 맛있었습니당
