Located in Genouillé, this 50 m² holiday home accommodates up to 4 people and includes one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The 22 m² living room is ideal for spending time together, while your private 4 m² kitchen is well-equipped with two gas hobs, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, small refrigerator, and small freezer. You benefit from air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a television, and a baby cot upon request. The spacious 19 m² bedroom offers comfortable sleeping arrangements, and the 6.5 m² bathroom is equipped with a shower, all on one level.



Enjoy your uncovered private terrace and the shared heated pool (4.5 m x 10.5 m, depth 1.5 m), open from May to the end of September depending on the weather. Access to the pool is by one-hour time slots from 9 am to 8 pm. A shared playground and a private barbecue are also at your disposal.



Shared parking is available on site and up to two pets are allowed. A shuttle service to the train station is offered. Bed linen and cleaning are available for an extra fee by contacting your host directly.
