Located in Genouillé, this charming 100 m² holiday home accommodates up to 6 guests. It features a bedroom with beds that can be arranged as singles or doubles to suit your needs, plus a living room with original stone walls, a preserved bread oven, and niches from the former henhouse. There is a bathroom with a shower and a spacious tiled private kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, and all necessary cleaning supplies, including a vacuum cleaner. Amenities include air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and ironing facilities. The property provides homemade jams, fruits, herbs, and vegetables grown on-site, as well as a baby cot for families.



Enjoy your private balcony overlooking the pool and park, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The shared garden offers covered and open terraces with a stone barbecue for outdoor dining. The heated outdoor pool (4.5 m x 10.5 m, depth 1.5 m) is open from May to late September, accessible in 1-hour slots from 9 am to 7 pm (or 8 pm in summer). You also have access to table tennis, mini billiards, a tennis court, and a shared playground.



Parking is available on site. Up to two pets are welcome. A shuttle to the train station is available.



Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge. Cleaning services are offered gegen Aufpreis, depending on group size and length of stay.
