"Duplex room was very basic, did not feel 5 star; spa facilities are a paid extra per day "

"We had breakfast included in our deal which worked out about £4.50 per person per day, plenty to have and served between 630am-11am. Room, no real view but we wasn't concerned about that, it was location for us and it was fantastic. Close by was hop on,hop off stop 13. Right by the bridge, 2-3 minute walk. Very spacious rooms with loads of storage, coffee machine and kettle but no coffee or T bags. Has fridge and microwave plus 2 pan hob. Ironing board, hair dryer TV in lounge and bedroom. Also got free drink tickets each at the room top bar at the Marriott Hotel, 3- 4 minutes away. The have snacks, drinks etc available behind the reception which seemed to be manned all hours. Would defo stay again and recommend. "

"Super large room, we got the family room with the pull out sofa bed. Was all comfy enough, when we requested an extra sheet they were happy to provide and someone was at the desk 24/7. There was also a washing machine with a free pod so after swimming we did a small batch of washing. Also super great walkable location "
