「Check in was great, the lockbox was very easy. Any questions I had, the host promptly answered me. The house was absolutely adorable and exceeded expectations. And I had no idea what a cute little town Phoenixville was! So many great shops, restaurants, and breweries.We mainly booked that place because it was so close to the Penhurst Asylum. It was a great living room to hang out in and watch horror movies for the October vibe. House was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed....

Great area and super peaceful. Loved the place so much I ended up booking an extra night. The owner Dylan was super accommodating and helpful. 「We were pleasantly surprised to find a place to stay with our family that was VERY clean, well equipped, roomy, and better than staying in more expensive hotels without our own kitchen. The owner was attentive,easy to communicate with and accomodating to our grandkids visiting with animals on his farm. We plan to stay here again on our next visit to Sight & Sound. 「From the minute we walked in the door we could tell the property was going to be exceptional. It was modern, extremely clean and had every amenity we could have asked for. What was shown in the photos was exactly what we found. We thoroughly enjoyed both the front porch where we could sit and watch horses and buggies going by and the beautiful backyard where we could watch bunnies playing in the bushes. 「The host was very responsive and open to feedback during our stay. The home is spacious (I would say probably more ideal for a group slightly smaller than ours - we were 15). The set up is great for separate families with younger kids because they can stay in the attached room with bunk beds so they are close but not too close. The kids loved the pool. We had a little trouble getting the hot tub going but the hosts were very communicative and helped along the way. 」
