The sliding balcony door cannot be locked properly and has gaps, so it does not block out the sound from the road or the AC units. The air conditioner inside the room blows air with an unpleasant fragrance. The refrigerator is also very noisy — We was woken up several times during the night — and it does not cool effectively. "Very comfortable stay, I was in a studio room which was very spacious and I could see the water from my 4th floor balcony. Plenty of free street parking if you're staying over the weekend. (It's restricted hours if there during the week.) Bed was very comfortable, kitchen well equipt and a small table and 2 chairs to eat at. Very quiet area and short walk to plenty of restaurants etc. Would stay here again happily."

"On street parking was plentiful and the check in process was smooth and very efficient. Our only concern was the size of the single beds in one room were tiny. I have never seen beds so skinny. These I assume were split from supposedly QS and a King bed, but that was highly improbable. Not enough of an issue to stop me staying there again. Overall a wonderful stay at this establishment."
