"Joe the Manager provided great service to us. Rugs could have used a shampooing. Kitchen walls could have used repainting as there were splatter stains from prior use. Communal kitchen for free breakfast was on your own to cook or make. Bread for toast; butter; jam; milk; cereal; apple juice; orange juice; bacon and eggs. Kitchen dishes and cookware provided. Communal sitting area for eating or resting to watch TV; listen to music or read. Change of towels on request and no maid...

"Great stay for the airport. Allow you to eat takeaways in the dining area. Helpful staff. Just 5 minutes from town centre with plenty of eateries and good cafes. Easy bus service to Gatwick although not much room for bigger cases on the buses. Fastway need to take note. "

"This is a lovely inn/pub in a pretty village. It was very clean and well-kept. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating. The pub has wonderful food. We tried a South African platter, and it was amazing. Would definitely recommend a stay here. "

"Advertised as disabled accessible...external stairlift out of action, walker had to be left outside of room as bed limited access to the room and had to enter in sideways, lino was coming up, no bin in bathroom, unable to use bathroom efficiently as was too small, informed reception tv not working properly not sorted, bathroom light bulb reported due to being blown not replaced, awaiting to hear back from management as they are not on duty today (Tues 5th Sept). Took me asking three times asking...

"Wow what a little gem of a hotel with restaurant. Room was amazing, modern, classic and Mediterranean feel in heart of a Kent village. If you get room 8 or 9 you won’t be disappointed. Restaurant food was top notch if a little pricy and the included breakfast was also lovely in quality and flavour. Would pick over a chain hotel any day especially as location has few choices for accommodation."

"Booked last minute service was good and prompt as arrived late. The was small but livable. The room smelt of sewage. In the bathroom they had painted over the mould. It was unclean with evidence of cockroaches. The room was facing London Rd in Norbury not Streatham as it says on the advert and was very noisy. The blinds filtered no light. The fan was old and essentially useless. I left to go stay in my car "

"Lovely, comfortable room. Good information from the owner Nuala. Setup for complete self service, all amenities provided, including real milk! Requested a fan and this arrived quickly, made a huge difference sleeping. Parking not on site, but options very near. Walking distance to Weybridge shops and park. "
