We really enjoyed our stay at Crossroads Inn in Gatlinburg this weekend! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was very convenient for getting around Gatlinburg. It was a nice place to come back to after a busy day exploring. We had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again!

We stayed here last year in October and we're back again this year. We like the cleanliness of the room and it is spacious, The staffs were very helpful especially Peter. Parking was great. We would surely comeback. We just hope that they will offer breakfast again.

Overall, this was a great place to stay if you’re looking to be right in downtown Gatlinburg! The room was clean, and the location made it easy to walk downtown and enjoy everything nearby. A couple of things to keep in mind: bring extra pillows, and be prepared for check-in to take longer than expected. We arrived just five minutes before the scheduled 4:00 PM check-in time, but our room hadn’t even been cleaned yet. Other than the check-in delay, we had a great experience, and the convenience of the location was definitely a plus.

I was actually pleasantly surprised by the property as a whole, it was a last minute booking for rod run 2026 and it was cheap so I honestly didn’t expect a whole lot as I have been through it before with multiple different cheap options and was far from impressed We got a suite and the room was very clean, the fella at the front desk was very nice and the property as a whole was extremely clean for the price, parking was easy and I love that it was right at the entrance to gatlinburg and you could walk from the hotel to the strip and shop I would definitely stay again
