The condo features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and sleeps up to 4 guests! Guests can enjoy the pool as well as the amazing ability to be able to walk right into downtown Gatlinburg! You can't beat this location! See you soon!

The Neighborhood:
This condo is located within walking distance of the Gatlinburg Parkway! It is in the Laurel Inn Condos! There is a back set set of steps down near the pool that leads you straight into downtown Gatlinburg, TN! You can also go out front the condos and take a sidewalk all the way into downtown! It's about .3 miles to the middle of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! The location is tremendous!

Getting Around:
All paved roads to the condo. We recommend 4x4 wheel drive at any condo in Gatlinburg and/or the mountains as well as this one. It's easy to reach the condo and in downtown Gatlinburg, TN! You can walk into downtown Gatlinburg, TN which saves you a good bit of money on parking!

Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 or older to book this condo.

This condo sleeps 4 guests maximum.

We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way to it and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area. This condo is located in downtown Gatlinburg, TN and within walking distance to the Parkway.

Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather.

Coffee maker is a regular coffee maker. (bring coffee)

The condo is located on the 4th floor. There is an elevator to get up to it.

Laundry facilities are pay facilities located on the 1st floor of the condo complex.

The outdoor pool usually opens around Memorial Day each year give or take. The outdoor pool usually closes at the end of August each year give or take. These dates are subject to change at any time and out of our control as they are controlled by the HOA. Any necessary maintenance work is out of our control, too, and controlled by the HOA with no notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Bears and other wildlife are common in the area. Do not feed bears or any type of wildlife and keep your belongings secured and vehicle doors locked at all times. Bears and wildlife are very protected in this area. Do not feed or bother bears or wildlife, at any time, during your stay. Thank you greatly for your understanding with this.

Perfect place to stay for a Vacation Getaway! -Room was clean and ready for us at check-in time. -Host is super friendly and checked in with us periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. -Condo is the perfect walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. -Parking is easily accessible and super convenient! -Kid friendly environment, with a balcony and pool. -Hiking trails are a quick 5-10 minute drive from condo. Great place to stay!

Our condo unit was very clean, modern and had everything we needed. Communication was excellent. We used the outdoor pool and even got to see a bear outside of our complex. We also appreciated the walking distance to the town of Gatlinburg. We definitely will come back to this ‘A’ rated condo!

The property was as pictured. The bed was comfortable and the gas fireplace made the room very cozy. We left a pillow in the room and the owner was kind enough to give us a code to get back in after we had steady checked out. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

The property was relatively close to downtown. It was a short walk, which allowed us to stay out of traffic. The only things that were upsetting is the tub wouldn’t stop up for a bath. My daughter has special needs to showers aren’t easy for her. We had to use a washcloth to keep water in tub. The coffee pot also did not work. Overall the property was nice, clean, and comfortable though.

Small but big enough for two. My son said pullout couch was not comfortable. Not as close to downtown as they want you to believe. Otherwise fit our needs and as advertised.
