The place is centrally located and quiet, and it has the essentials for a stay. However, some aspects need improvement: the sofa bed mattress is in very poor condition and not usable; one of the bases of the main bed is supported in an improvised way with a book and a plant pot; and the sheets had stains. If these issues are addressed, the overall experience would improve significantly.

We loved our stay at this condo! Though it was on the smaller side, it was cozy, with very comfortable beds. The unit is a bit older, but exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Best of all, it's conveniently located near all the attractions in Gatlinburg. We'd definitely stay here again!
