Unfortunately, there is a combination of issues that happened all the same time. Early morning, fire alarm, dogs barking incessantly, Wi-Fi Was poor. We got through it all, but it is a top Hotel.

Downtown Los Ángeles in general is not safe and it’s very dirty. But the hotel is good clean. It took the staff about an hour to check me in. Parking is very expensive. 50 for self parking and 65 for valet parking per day.

"The room I stood in had a crack running down the middle of the room that looked like old water damage and smelled like mildew. The bathroom was pretty dirty (hair all over the place). The toilet barely flushed as well. I did notice that other buildings were being renovated so hopefully it’ll be renovated ..."
