There were bugs in my bed. It was noisy even the room was in second floor. The manager said he would contact me next day but they never called. No refund or apologize or anything. Worst experience in my life. The price was way too high for this.

This motel delivers what you would expect: its clean, unfussy, no frills and perfectly adequate. Beds comfy and clean. Air con a bit loud. There is a Tim Hortons next door. Receptionist was nice and moved us to quieter (not roadside) room. I would go back.

A really nice quiet motel. Our only complaint was that our neighbours found it necessary to sit outside our room at night while they chatted and smoked. We told them we were trying to sleep but they told us they planned to stay there until 11:00. It wasn't the motel's fault, but it did affect our experience.

Cleaning staff walked in on us while we were naked. Knocked, didn’t wait for a response, and opened the door. Chain was done, but we were still visible. Staff (including management) were not apologetic, but instead said “it happens.” Had to fight with them in order to not pay full price for our humiliating stay. Don’t stay here if you like your privacy.
