This modern yet traditional log cabin is nestled right in the heart of the Montafon mountains. Thanks to its exposed location on a hillside, it offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire valley and the local mountain, Vallüla, which is nestled in the Silvretta Range.

The vacation home:
This charming vacation home features modern architecture with a very cozy interior. The house spans three floors and is divided into a sleeping area on the top floor, a dining and living area on the middle floor, and a spacious recreation and wellness area with a sauna on the bottom floor. Each floor is equipped with a separate restroom.
On the first floor is the dining and living area with access to the balcony. The breathtaking panoramic view can be enjoyed both from the balcony and through a large window right next to the dining table inside.

The kitchen offers all the amenities of a modern kitchen, such as a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen island, etc.

A cozy, rotating Swedish stove with a large panoramic window overlooking the fire serves as a room divider between the kitchen/dining area and the living area. The living area is equipped with a cozy seating area/couch as well as a book and game corner.

The spacious entryway offers plenty of storage space. From here, you can access the upper floor, which features 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 double beds, a fully equipped bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower featuring a rain showerhead and handheld shower, and a separate toilet.

The modern floating staircase also leads to the lower floor, where the wellness area is located with direct access to the sun terrace. On this floor, you’ll find a sauna from the top Austrian brand Klafs, a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead and handheld shower, and a separate restroom. Direct access to the terrace is available from the sauna. Additionally, this floor features a spacious recreation room with a cozy seating area, a large flat-screen TV, and entertainment options such as foosball and darts.

The oversized panoramic window with a breathtaking view of the valley and the Vallülagruppe makes this room a truly special experience. Starry nights naturally illuminate the room and offer a unique spectacle.

The terrace, accessible from both the lower floor and the outside, offers plenty of space for special moments of relaxation and barbecue evenings.
A special highlight is the freestanding bench made of natural stone, which invites you to unwind and let your mind wander while enjoying a spectacular panoramic view and breathtaking starry nights.

The covered entrance to the house provides plenty of space to store bikes, hiking boots, etc., clean and dry in the summer, and skis and ski boots in the winter. Thanks to the covered area, you can take off your ski boots and clothing outdoors—especially in winter—to stay dry as you enter the house.

There are 2 free parking spaces next to the house. Additional parking spaces are available in the valley for a fee.

Location:
The house is situated on a slight hill but is easily accessible in the center of Gaschurn. The entire infrastructure of the tourist town of Gaschurn is within a 10-minute walk. Because the house is situated on a hill and at the end of a cul-de-sac, you enjoy complete peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of tourism, yet you’re still just a short walk from the center. The access road to the house is very safe and is always cleared of snow in winter.

A special highlight in winter is the newly built, fully covered with artificial snow valley run in the Silvretta Nova ski area, which is accessible directly from the house. This means you can ski right to the valley station and, after a day on the slopes, ski right back to the house. The Silvretta Nova ski resort boasts the longest valley run in Vorarlberg and calls itself Austria’s most athletic ski resort.

Activities:
In addition to skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and sledding, there are many other entertainment options available in winter. For example, the extensive wellness facilities in Gaschurn are ideal for relaxation, and there are numerous restaurants, bars, and clubs in the town center where you can wind down the day with après-ski or a cozy dinner.

In summer, fall, and spring, the Montafon region offers numerous beautiful mountain hikes and many other attractions, such as mini-golf, a summer toboggan run, and numerous events like concerts and exhibitions.

For those looking to avoid the tourist crowds, spring and fall in particular offer relaxation and tranquility.
