"This was a great room with many amenities. The staff was amazing and it is close to many local businesses. "

"Originally I was put in a room that haven't been remodeled since the 80s. The room was on the third floor and it was horrible. My sister had a room on the fourth floor which was worst than my room. Once I complained, I was moved the next day to the 11th floor where the rooms are being renovated. Those rooms were alot better. Also the customer service representative at the front desk was rude, I believe her name was Sabina or something. She was a middle aged W/F. If you stay at this hotel be sure to ask for a renovated room. The pictures on the website are deceiving."

"The maintenance of the room was very bad. the shower did not drain the water; the flooring of the shower tilted away from the drain. The bed quality was the worst that I have seen. we were two. every time one turned, the other woke up. it was like riding a boat in a sea storm. the breakfast was really bad too: overcooked and overheated food. Coffee was cold and tasteless, hardboiled eggs look like they were here for months."

"The service person on our check in wasn't too friendly, the person on our check out was friendly dough. When we opened the room's door, the strong smell of weed was like a slap on the face. There was a roach on the stove section by the coffee maker and another one in the bathroom. It wasn't a nice experience."
