「Everything is very new and updated inside apartment. I had a very nice 2 day stay there. 」

「The communication was very bad. The host told me my unit was unavailable 30 minutes before check in and then almost refused to accommodate with another unit. The heat didn’t work in the unit and they kept saying maintenance would come but nobody ever did. Host refused to extend reservation. Saying the card declined but never attempted a charge. The unit was not up to par. 」

「the apartment is not well maintained. the pictures are deceiving. what we got was not what appears on the photos. the walls were covered in dust. the sofa was over used. the bed was not comfortable. lots of drugs and noise in the neighborhood. the price was not worth the property. the apartment is a shell of what see. i spent the first day cleaning and buying my own stuff to be comfortable.」

「This little apartment in N. Dallas was a certainly a clean and comfortable space, and the pool was a fun feature. However, the unit was difficult to access. We spend a good 15-20 minutes trying to find the building itself, as well as the individual apartment. No elevators made it a little difficult getting up 2 flights of stairs with a weeks worth of luggage. Also, if you're sensitive to the smell of marijuana, you may want to find a different location, as the neighbors clearly use it.」

「Check in was 4:00pm. Had a team meeting at 5:00pm. Arrived in the metroplex early, went and got groceries, arrived at the location at 4:00pm. Messaged for the door code (phone number went to voicemail). Messaged three more times. Called VRBO, was told to wait an hour and try again. Went to my meeting, got the code while at the meeting. Returned to the rental, threw the perishables into the dumpster and finally entered the apartment at 7:00pm. Place was exactly as advertised. Timid...

「There was a storm at our rental 2 days prior to our arrival (we were not aware of). There was a huge downed tree right outside our apartment. We were without power for a period on the 2nd day there, and had no hot water the first 2 days of our stay. We contacted the property manager who advised she was not aware of any issues. The apartment had food crumbs in the drawers and in some of the cupboards, we spent a little time cleaning and swept the floors. There was dark, long hairs in the bathtub...

「Place was different than what was depicted in the pictures, but the apartment was clean and I liked having the keyless entry. Toilet was broken and there was no working hot water. The description said there were wash cloths available, but there were only 2 large towels used for drying, not washing. Check-Out time could have been more generous (11pm or noon) given that Check-In was after 4pm. We had to rush out before we were well rested.」
