「This little apartment in N. Dallas was a certainly a clean and comfortable space, and the pool was a fun feature. However, the unit was difficult to access. We spend a good 15-20 minutes trying to find the building itself, as well as the individual apartment. No elevators made it a little difficult getting up 2 flights of stairs with a weeks worth of luggage. Also, if you're sensitive to the smell of marijuana, you may want to find a different location, as the neighbors clearly use it.」

「I only had two issues while staying here. 1 the toilet wasn’t flushing day one all we did was urinate and it wouldn’t flush host said they would have someone go fix it but didn’t happened until the day we checked out 4 days later so we had to go to stores to use the restroom. 2 the parking situation was a terrible. I was told to use a link to register my car. I had to do it every 24 hours and I couldn’t do it even a second early or it wouldn’t go through. And it told me I had done it too many...

「There was a storm at our rental 2 days prior to our arrival (we were not aware of). There was a huge downed tree right outside our apartment. We were without power for a period on the 2nd day there, and had no hot water the first 2 days of our stay. We contacted the property manager who advised she was not aware of any issues. The apartment had food crumbs in the drawers and in some of the cupboards, we spent a little time cleaning and swept the floors. There was dark, long hairs in the bathtub...

「We enjoyed being so close to downtown McKinney. The building is older and was the perfect size for my hubby and I, but felt it needed a good cleaning (including the furniture). The pillows on the bed were extremely old and need to be replaced. The heat source was a plug in unit as there is no central air or heat. I would not stay here again. 」
