「Very quiet and great location」

「The unit is aesthetically pleasing, despite its location in a less affluent neighborhood. While I initially disregarded this aspect due to a sense of safety, the neighbors adjacent to the unit engaged in loud music and arguments that extended into the parking space adjacent to the bedroom window until 12:00 AM. This unexpected disturbance was likely a one-time occurrence, but it has led me to reconsider my decision to remain in this location in the future. 」

「The apartment itself was great, but we booked with the intention of being able to use the pool, upon arrival we go to the pool only to find out that it is closed. We were not notified of this and would probably not have booked had we known the pool wasn’t accessible. On the last day of our 3 day stay the pool was finally reopened, as we tried going into the pool early in the day we had issues because we didn’t have a key fob to get into the pool. The host offered no solutions for this and said...

「Pool area looked inviting but I didn't take advantage of it this time around,next visit maybe? Room was cozy enough though!」

「Parking is a little tricky.」

「Drove 5 hours. No property access. No response from host. Spent 1.5 hours trying to message host and with VRBO trying to sort situation. VRBO cancelled the rental. We sat parked, in the dark, on a side street. Ended up booking our own hotel accomodations. Highly inconvenient...and the last thing you want to deal with after a day of driving. 」
