This comfortable apartment a few steps from the center of Garda and the beaches will welcome you with its simple but warm atmosphere.
Equipped with every comfort necessary to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday, it is served by a large shared swimming pool surrounded by a large sunny lawn with sun loungers.
On the first floor you will find a large living room with a kitchen equipped with everything you need, a bathroom with shower and a large terrace where you can have lunch outdoors.
On the second floor there is a double bedroom with a large terrace overlooking the lake, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with tub and shower.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, TV and WiFi.
Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.
No type of food, drink or consumable material (soap, shampoo, etc.) is provided.
Check-in is from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM. For check-in after this time a fee of 30.00 Euro is required to be paid upon arrival.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before.
