「We stayed at the Gran Melia Palacio Isora in August 2026 (2 adults & 15 year old). The hotel is one of the most beautiful properties we’ve ever stayed in with the pool area a particular highlight. The staff are all incredibly friendly, whether that be in the restaurants, bars, housekeeping or pool attendants - they are a credit to the hotel and we cannot praise them highly enough. 「Beautiful resort and accommodation. Everything kept clean and pretty. Female lifeguard at the main pool was super grumpy and would shout at kids for playing with a small ball in the pool, even when the pool was empty. We were always disappointed when we turned up and she was there!」

「Beautiful location with very attentive staff. The one downside was when we upgraded to Crown service & I would say it really was not worth it … the difference in service between normal and crown service was incredibly minimal for such a big price difference.. that I would not recommend. However! Both breakfast and dinner was delicious with sooo many options! Would stay again just would not upgrade.」

「The hotel is okay for what you pay but the least they can do is to have a decent fan since it doesn’t have ac. The fan barely worked and had dust caked on. I asked for a small fan and they said they didn’t have any so l asked for someone to go take a look at the fan and maybe clean it again the guy said nope. The breakfast was the only good thing about this hotel. Also if your room faces the pool and the kitchen area forget about a quiet night and the noise starts at 6:00am from the downstairs.」

También hay que pagarla aparte, 2€ al día creo. Hay un microondas en el vestíbulo pero las cápsulas de café y los tés también los tienes que pagar aparte. Lo bueno es que la cama era bastante cómoda y cuando vinieron a limpiar la habitación nos cambiaron toallas y sábanas.」

「Grounds and surrounding areas very well maintained. The rooms need a deep clean and the furnishings need some attention. Area rug old and frayed. Bottom of doors and walls look worn. Bathrooms need a deep clean.」

「とても素敵なホテルでした。ビーチは近くにはないですが、ホテルの至る所に絵画が飾ってあり、美術館にいるような気分になります。スタッフの方も親切だし、部屋も広いし、ウェルカムワインもあり、至れりつくせりの素敵なホテルでした。朝食は毎日オープンより少し早めに行っても、笑顔で席に案内してくれました。素敵な思い出になりました。ありがとうございます。」

Nous avons tourné un même moment en voiture et trouver une place loin de l'hôtel. Les rues sont en pentes et en pavées donc pas simple avec les valises. Nous avons su qu'à notre arrivée qu'un grand parking est assez proche de l'hôtel par l'accès de la piscine municipale. -...
