"Staff were great. Building is a converted apartment complex, and many entrances are not ADA-compliant. Sofa in my room was significantly filthy. Took photos and gave them to both the front desk AND the hotel manager, but they would not give me any discount or offer anything else because I'd booked through Hotels.com, so I'm bringing my problem to you."

I was very thankful for the beautiful yard and garden, my daughter loved playing in it and playing with the dog, Lily, who is a sweetheart. The space was just what we needed, a perfect size, and had everything for our use. We really enjoyed our stay here!"

"My reservation did not match what Expedia had scheduled for me and the front deck was terrible at costumer service. Biggest problem was language barrier. TV didn't work; the bathroom floor was sticky. Only one set of towels for 2 guests, called the front desk and was told I would have to came down and pick up anther set. "
