Welcome to Sun Catcher, a beautiful beachfront retreat in Indian Beach where stunning Gulf views and relaxed coastal style set the tone for your perfect getaway. With five bedrooms, four baths, and room for up to 12 guests, this pet-friendly escape is ideal for families and friends who want to spend their days soaking up the sun and their evenings unwinding to the sound of the waves.
Step inside to the main level, where a wall of windows and a vaulted ceiling flood to living area with natural light and panoramic Gulf views. Relax on the comfortable sectional sofa and enjoy movie nights after days at the beach. Gather in the spacious kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, a large island, breakfast bar with seating for four, and everything you need to prepare homecooked meals. Two dining tables - one seating six and the other seating four - offer plenty of space for group meals with a view. This level also features two luxurious king suites, each with deck access and a sitting area. The primary suite boasts a spa-like en suite bath with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub, while the second king bedroom includes an en suite with tub and shower combo.
The upper level offers even more space for rest and relaxation. A king bedroom features a private en suite bath with a tub and shower combo, while a queen bedroom and a bunk room share a full bath. There's plenty of space for everyone to rest and relax!
Step outside onto the open deck to breathe in the salty air and take in the endless water views. Start your mornings with coffee on the deck, your afternoons playing in the surf that is just steps away, and your evenings watching the sunset. On the ground level, you'll find plenty of room to park up to 4 cars and a spacious covered patio with an outdoor rinse station - perfect after those days spent at the beach! This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.
PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.
LOCAL & LOVING IT
We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!
