This ground floor condo is located at the Dawn Condos right across the street from the new beautiful sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico.
The condo offers two bedrooms (one en suite) , a lounge/dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette and a patio overlooking one of the two outdoor pools. It is next to Walmart and the most popular fishing pier with easy access to the roadway to Houston Texas.
In addition to the two pools there is a hot tub, BBQ grills and a fitness suite. This location is peaceful, beautifully maintained and "just a paradise".
Catch the Trolly in front on the condo complex and explore downtown Galveston.
Some of the attractions close by are the Moody Gardens amusement park and aquarium, Elissa museum, Historic Pleasure Pier, a wide variety of things to do and attractions to see down on the Strand.
Take a relaxing day looking for the trees carved into unique figures with an interesting history behind the reason for the trees and have fun for the kids to help spot these tree figures. You can also see the big cruise ships roll in. There are many great restaurants not to mention the freshest fish markets in town.
Galveston always has events on the island. Keep up with Galveston's website for the next upcoming event.

The condo is fully furnished all you need is your clothes and food. I have recently updated the interior including a large smart tv in living room and smart TVs in bedrooms. New pictures coming soon!

The condo was absolutely perfect. Clean, well stocked, perfect location on the Seawall. There are two great pools, and you can walk right across the street to play on the beach. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could need to cook your own meals, and it is also well stocked with bath towels, beach towels, linens, etc. Easy check in and check out, we had zero issues.

This was a perfect place with a beautiful pool and hot tub. The property was clean and had all you could possibly want. I highly recomment it. Manager responds promptly if you have questions too.

Amazing beach location

Melissa was great! The condo location couldn’t have been better being within close walking distance of Walmart and across the street from the beach. The trolley stop was just outside the condo complex. We would definitely stay again!

The condo was beautiful and well stocked had everything we needed to cook and go to the beach!! Very clean and quiet, good for relaxing Our only issues were none of the codes for the gate or building worked and parking is exspensive But the management at the condo was very helpful and really nice!!

Fantastic property

This was a wonderful property to stay at. Great location and great place to stay by the beach!

Cute 2 bedroom 2 bath was great for our family of 2 kids, parents and grandparents! It had all the stuff we needed to fix some meals in, Walmart right across the street so we bought the food we needed. The beds are comfortable and we had plenty of room! The pools were nice plus a quick walk across the street and you’re on a great beach with lifeguards, which was great since it was a holiday weekend and parking was pretty full! We really love this unit!

Overall great Xmas trip to Galvaston

Place was just as expected. Close to everything needed. Plenty of things to do in the area. We brought our family of 6 and used an air bed in the huge closet of the 2nd room so everyone had a bed. All the amenities needed for a home away from home. Thank you so much for the great trip!!

Great place to stay!

Where do I start? The location is PERFECT. Beach is across the street, fishing pier down the road, walmart across the street and resturants all around. The pools and the pool areas are spacious and clean. The condo was clean and stocked with what we needed. Our family of 5 fit perfectly.
