The outside of the property and the gardens are beautiful. We stayed in a Jacuzzi suit; the room was huge however we had a heck of a time trying to get the Jacuzzi turned off. The grout in the bathroom was missing in places in the bathroom. Staff was very helpful at all hours. The breakfast was not anything to rave about; typical eggs, biscuits, gravy, cereal and oatmeal.

The Retro was a nice place to stay. The only thing I would change would be to have another trash can under the table and put down something in the bottom of the tub. The bottom of the tub was very slick when trying to shower. It would have been nice to have some fruit and protein for breakfast. We had to go buy breakfast to get anything healthy. Overall was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

What I liked , Room was clean , indoor pool was nice , breakfast was very good .
Room was quite small for the price and the bathroom was tiny.
The price probably reflects that it is a tourist town and we booked a busy time .
