「We had a great stay at The Fred! The room was on the smaller side, but perfectly comfortable for a couple. The hotel has a fun, vibrant vibe with great amenities. The pool area was really nice, and the view from the terrace was beautiful—especially around sunset. The bar is spacious and conveniently located right by the pool, which made it easy to relax with a drink in hand. 「Simple hotel, not fancy, even though it is in need of repair it was perfect for my family of 11. We reserved 4 rooms. Very clean, nice and comfortable beds. Very affordable, the beach was perfect, and the ferry was very reliable.」

「We just got back from staying in the Sunset Suite at VH with our family of 4. We loved the quirkiness of the house, built in the late 18th century so it has wonky floors, but it gives it character. The 2 bedrooms are the only rooms with A/C so be prepared for the living room, kitchen and bathroom to be a lil toasty. We did ask for an extra box fan, which they kindly provided.
