"What an amazing weekend stay at The Elvetham Hotel. The venue is beautiful, bursting with history and architectural gems as evidence of a regal palace from a bygone era. The team at the Elvetham are amazing. No pomp and ceremony you sometimes find at large stately homes like this. You are instantly relaxed, and at your leisure to explore the venue and grounds of this fantastic hotel. The bar area was our favourite spot, with a unique carved stone fireplace to capture the story of when Queen Victoria stayed at the Hall as a guest of The Earl of Hertford in 1501. A truly magical venue. Our group had 3 rooms at the hotel, each one exuding the grandeur and charm of this gem of a place. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. We will visit again - thank you to the team for making our weekend one to remember "

"We had a two night stay here for our anniversary. Cannot fault anything. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and immaculately clean. Breakfast was a great experience lots of choices from cold and hot options. Lovely garden to sit and relax. Had a lovely walk along the canal. Overall a great experience. "

"We stayed here while at a friend’s wedding nearby. The hotel is wonderful, with lovely rooms, friendly staff and in a great location. We would definitely recommend staying here. "

"Staff were all extremely friendly and polite. I was even rang in my room 10 mins after arriving to check everything was ok. Room and bathroom was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent and again the staff around the breakfast room were very effecient and polite."

"The bedroom is clean, sheets and mattress are comfy. The bathroom was dirty, there were fake tan marks on the walls and shower curtain. There was black hairs on the bath when I arrived. The shower has been installed too low, to the point an average sized person would need to crouch down to wash their hair. The shower head was also broken and didnt hold the position. "

"Beautiful hotel. Excellent stay and wonderful grounds and peaceful. Lovely breakfast and enjoyable but only feedback would be that a few more options on the continental breakfast would have been nice. And coffee machine made warm coffee not hot. Overall I would definitely stay again, staff were so nice and our room was just amazing. Loved this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will be back to stay again. "

"Tylney Hall is our favourite manor hotel in South East England. The whole experience is wonderful. The staff are very welcoming to dogs but unfortunately dogs aren't allowed inside much of the hotel. We therefore had breakfast served to our room and we ate out at local dog friendly pubs (The Falcon in Rotherwick & The Leather Bottle in Mattingley) for dinner. That said, we can't wait to stay at Tylney Hall again and will recommend the hotel to all our friends and family. "
