"This is a true gem. The staff is so nice and provide so many little extras. We stayed at Christmas during the Nutcracker event. The spa downstairs is first class and something you would see at a 5 star hotel and it is free! My friend and I had a girls' weekend there. It is very walkable to shops and restaurants. One of the most charming hotels we stayed at, ever!. Super comfortable beds and clean rooms too! Family owned with a special story, please stay there! It is so great!"

The beds are comfortable, access and location are great to get downtown and to Bobcat Stadium, hosts are quick to respond, etc etc. No complaints and would definitely continue staying here! "
