"The property was lovely. The host so very accommodating, The neighborhood close to restaurants and stores. The flowers, beverages and goodie basket was really a nice touch and very much appreciated. The beds were very comfortable as well. There is access to the community Pool too. The weather did not permit us to use it. Thank You."

"Super cute place with a gracious host who lives next door. Enjoyed playing board games & reading on the screened-in porch while watching & listening to the birds. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The home comes with mostly anything you would need. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we ended up extending our stay an extra day. The owner and Evolve made the process extremely simple. We definitely plan on staying here again in the near future."

"We srayed at this property due to number of guests and proximity to the college. It was a great mix of old and new. This house was wonderfully appointed and everyone enjoyed their stay. The views were spectacular and we had everything we needed and more. It was unexpectedly remote, but once we got used to it, it was barely noticeable. We are even considering staying here again "

"me my wife and a friend were in town for a baseball tournament and were very delighted with our accommodation. good price clean convenient and the staff were very friendly would recommend and will definitely use again if ever in the area had left a hat behind called them and they had it for me at front desk when i arrived"

"I booked a king room, get there and they tell me I’m getting a double room. Room key kept quitting. Everyday we’d have to go have it fixed. Boy at counter was rude, and barely spoke English. Room had a smoke smell to it. Toilet seat lid was missing a bolt so it kept going sideways. Place was semi clean and tolerable, but I’d never stay there again. "

"Coffee pot in our room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or dusted in months. We had a suite. The living room was Hugh but had one one small loveseat that we barely fit on together. Also a good size spider went walking across the floor. I asked the front desk to please have the room sprayed, but I know it wasn’t. Don’t think I will stay there again. "
