Thunder Bay Ridge is a 3 bedroom / 4.5 bathroom home, sleeps up to 8 guests max. Please note, this home is not pet-friendly.

As you enter Thunder Bay Ridge, the first thing you’ll notice, aside from the views, is how bright, airy, and comfortable this home is. On the main-level, retreat to the sunken main living room featuring comfortable seating for all and a wood-burning fireplace – perfect space to enjoy a cold winter night with a fire or a movie night with entire family. For the cooks, the kitchen has everything you need to make all the meals for your stay, along with a gas grill located on the deck. And, for the coffee lovers, delight knowing that you have options – a Keurig and traditional coffee maker in the kitchen + a bonus coffee bar in the lower level with a Nespresso machine (bring your favorite Vertuo pods!), milk frother, and syrups to add your favorite flavors. On the main floor is one of the Primary bedrooms with a King bed and ensuite bathroom featuring a Kohler jetted air tub, and a deck to take in the morning views. Head on out to the screened porch to enjoy the sounds of summer bug free! Lastly, a half bathroom is on this floor so guests staying on the main floor will not need to share their bathroom!

Head on upstairs to find two more bedrooms including the 2nd Primary Suite featuring a King bed and private deck off the bedroom to take in the views, and a large ensuite bathroom with his & hers sinks, a separate toilet room, and makeup corner to get ready for the day. Across the hall is the 3rd bedroom featuring a King bed along with a twin bed, perfect if you’re traveling with a child; the 3rd bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom. At the top of the landing, you’ll find a desk to work from if you also need to work while on vacation.

Head downstairs to the family room for fun, games, and relaxation. Fire up the built-in linear electric fireplace to take the chill out of the air in the cooler months or some ambience while battling your friends and family to a game of pool, ping pong, Pong, or one of the many board games. The lower level also features a large flat screen TV with a fantastic sound bar – perfect for the kids to watch their favorite movie. Additionally, the sofa converts into a sleeper sofa for an additional sleeping area. There is also a full bathroom located off the family room featuring a rain shower and heated towel rack, perfect for those using the sleeper sofa or to rinse off before heading into the hot tub.

Located off the lower level family room is a hot tub that is available year-round along with a firepit and large backyard, perfect for lawn games such as corn hole or tossing the football around.

As guests of Thunder Bay Ridge, you will have access to the amenities of The Galena Territory Owners Club which includes an indoor pool (year round) & outdoor pool (available summer), fitness center, gymnasium; outdoor pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts; Lake Galena & Marina* – rent a pontoon boat for a sunset cruise or go fishing; miles of paved and unpaved trails; and Shenandoah Riding Center*. This home offers six (6) access cards for use of the amenities; additional day passes may be purchased at The Owners Club for $5 per person/day; access cards are required for those 5 years and older. *amenities require additional fees.
