"Hotel was really clean and tidy and ideally located to explore the delights of Genoa. Plenty of facilities nearby. Breakfast is worth it and there is something for everyone. Ask for milk for the room for your coffee!"
"Best breakfast buffet we've had in Europe. The whole facility was extremely clean and the spa was wonderful after a long day of sightseeing. Staff was very friendly and very accommodating to our requests, such as a late check out. It was a wonderful stay."
"My stay at Bristol Palace was nearly perfect! The personnel is extremely courteous, helpful, eager to make sure your stay goes as well as possible. I extended my stay for a 3rd night and was upgraded to a double room, which was more spacious. Rooms are very clean, quiet, water pressure is wonderful. I did not get to try the restaurant Il Giotto, but it seemed like a good bet. "
"Beautiful room and property with adjacent restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to Cruise Port and Airport. The price was very reasonable, too. We will stay there any time we are in Genoa!"
"am solo traveller and I needed an affordable room for one night. My requirements were simple, a clean room, a comfortable bed and a clean private bathroom.
This hotel met and exceeded my expectations. A bonus was the breakfast. Absolutely great options and someone on hand to make you cappuccino’s, Expresso’s etc
The location is outside of the main downtown area on a sea front. It’s quiet and peaceful.
Check in was easy and wifi was good.
The cab cost was €35 for one person from FCO. The walk to the train station is about 20 minutes. You need to take a local train then the metro if you want to reach the main tourist sites. From the time I left the hotel to the time I arrived at Romes Termini Station or the Colosseum was approximately one hour and 15 minutes with just the one train change.
I highly recommend this hotel if you don’t mind the one hour commute.
The staff were really nice and friendly. Everyone I encountered spoke English."
