We were content with our stay until we wanted to enjoy the complimentary breakfast. There were no cups for the coffee, the place was busy and everyone was disappointed. The owner of the hotel was running the front desk, I asked for a receipt for my stay and was reprimanded for booking it through a third party because according to him the establishment only get paid part of the money. The owner also yelled at a guest for taking 3 pieces of toast, saying that restaurants would only give you 2 and that the guest was being greedy. The owner was extremely rude.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The location is close to everything we needed. We will stay again the next time we’re in the area.
