Exceptional service. Staff go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Only thing to be aware of is the hotel is situated quite a way away from Fukuoka city centre. There is not much around the hotel.

This was by far the most expensive place we stayed and we chalked it up to it being the first weekend of Golden week. Unfortunately, it was also by far the worst place we stayed.
It's a converted apartment, which is a decent idea. The look over the canal was nice.
The room cleanliness was not as described. See the attached photos to decide for yourself.
