Ocean Sight by LovelyStay

  • The Ocean Sight located in São Gonçalo, in Funchal is aptly named, with stunning views of the ocean. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and one guest toilet. Tastefully decorated, and spacious, with a lot of natural light, it is the ideal place to holiday in.
    The open space dinning and lounge area, located on the ground floor, leads directly to the infinity pool area. The kitchen is full quipped, and there is wifi though out the villa. The garden is very well done, promoting a very zen like feel.

    At present there is a construction site in the surrounding areas. When booking, you are aware of this and agree to proceed with the respective booking.

    It is located in a tranquil residential area, just 5 minutes from Funchal city center (by car), and 20 minutes from the international airport.
    The pool can be heated at an extra cost. If you want this service you must inform us in advance.

    Please be aware that our properties are situated on a tropical island, where it is common to encounter insects and other natural elements. While we take all necessary measures to maintain a comfortable and clean environment, the presence of such creatures is a natural aspect of the beautiful tropical surroundings. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the unique experience of staying in this exotic location.

New Years Eve in Madeira

Stunning property, exceeded our expectations. We were able to watch the fireworks with a 360 degree view, wow! Property was clean and well stocked. There were some initial maintenance concerns, however they were addressed right away. Great location, easy access to the island. Overall, excellent stay.

Gorgeous home! Great vacation with 7 people. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Super spacious common areas, playroom, pool, rooftop patio. Madeira is a fantastic location, nice weather, lovely people, inexpensive food. Will definitely return.

We were a family group of eight. Plenty of room for everyone. Great neighborhood. Can walk to restaurant and small grocery store. Beautiful modern house with high end features.

- the ocean view - the private swimming pool - the living room that's open to the outside - the functionality & agreeability of the house - nice to have two tvs and lots of channels - we really appreciated the welcome pack we received (fruits, milk, wine, etc). - we really liked the barbecue - the third room on the first floor could easily fit two people (a large bedtwo twins)

Ich warte immer noch auf die Rechnung der Ferienvilla und trotz wiederholter Aufforderung gibt es keine Reaktion.Insgesamt müssen ein paar Dinge instand gebracht werden wie Schalterfunktionen.Die Sauberkeit war gut, der Pool hervorragend.

Villa ocean sight

A beautiful villa with great space and facilities for a large family group. From the private pool to the games room and gaming lounge there was plenty to entertain the teenagers and the adults. Transport links are excellent with bus stops just outside the front door, and the local shop is well stocked and within walking distance. A kettle would be a really useful addition to the kitchen. The Dogtel can be a little noisy, but not within your control, and the barking didn’t detract from the general peace and tranquillity.

Bis auf Kleinigkeiten perfekt....

Das Haus ist toll, hell, grosszügig und für mehrere Personen aufgrund der 4 Bäder ideal. Alles sehr schön eingerichtet und der Service war von Madeira Household wieder einmal sehr sehr gut. Danke für diesen tollen Aufenthalt. Einziger wirklicher Nachteil bei diesem Objekt ist ein DOGTEL - ein Hundehotel direkt 200m entfernt vom Objekt gelegen und das nervt nach dem 2. Tag wenn man morgens oder am Abend die Terrasse geniessen möchte oder in der Nacht die Fenster auf hat. Das Hundegeheul, auch von den anderen Hunden im Tal die dann Antwortgesänge liefern, ist sehr sehr lästig. Das ist echt sehr schade. Die AUsstattung der Küche bei einer Belegung von 8 Personen muss dringend besser geregelt werden. Es ist viel Stauraum da, aber die meisten Schränke, Schubladen sind sehr leer weil wenig Ausstattung für eine Küche.
