"Great location but all down hill after that. No furniture no bedside table no lamp no ac outlets. Bed on wheels so rolls across the room every time you sit on it. Automated messaging service was never answered. No daily room service given."

"Checking in is a joke … nothing worked… room not cleaned no clean towels … lifts too small … staff can’t cope with so many people complaining … used to be a lovely hotel .. now just a budget hostel… main gripe told to put towels on rail if want to use again .. trouble was NO towel rail so left in ..."
